Ruilin Fan is a PhD candidate in the department of English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University. Her dissertation focuses on the depiction of large-scale, proto-industrial, proletarianized, and enslaved labor in seventeenth-century English literature. As a GSAS Fellow in Academic Administration, Ruilin supports the development of funding proposals and the expansion of various projects at INCITE.
