MyVote Project and Incite at Columbia University are supporting young adult volunteers in organizing community conversations around nonpartisan voter education.

At our third workshop, young adults will meet with Faith Leaders from various faith institutions on the Lower East Side and throughout the greater Manhattan area. The dialogue will focus on how to work together to engage their communities around nonpartisan voter education and civic participation with the goal of mobilizing NYC voters.

Simultaneous to the conversation we will have a voter resource fair set up for local residents of the Lower East Side of Manhattan to view the MyVote Project (MVP) website. MVPs Young Adult volunteers will be on hand to help these residents research their candidates running in the November 7, 2023 general election and make a vote plan.
