Program Features
Research Support
Mini-Grants — The program offers small amounts of funding to help fellows complete their dissertations and participate in professional networks. Specifically, mini-grants allow fellows to obtain software, transcribe documents, travel to archives or otherwise help them complete their research, or to participate in relevant professional conferences.
Summer Stipend — The program provides a summer stipend after the first summer in the program to help fellows complete their dissertations in a timely manner.
Mentoring — The Program Directors mentor fellows. They meet with them, provide oral and written responses to their research, participate in their practice job talks and advise them on career opportunities.
Administrative Support
Fellows receive administrative support from INCITE staff and material support in the form of supplies, photocopying/printing, business cards and the like. We can also fund technology support.
